Honeycomb is pleased to be working alongside our client, a market leading health care business, in the recruitment of a Personal Assistant to support the senior management team. The business is a locally owned, well-known success story with an exceptional leadership team and facility. The business has constantly grown and developed throughout recent years and due to this ongoing success, the business is now in a position to take recruit a permanent Personal Assistant.
The role of Personal Assistant is a unique role within the business as it is a senior level administration support role in which confidentiality must be upheld always. Typical duties include the organising travel, overseeing the Directors diary whilst ensuring that time is utilised effecrively. In a normal week, you will run reports, minute meetings and provide executive support to the wider management team. There will be an opportunity to be involved with projects and undertake AdHoc tasks as they arise. This is a dynamic role where no 2 days are truly ever the same.
The right person for this role will be an experienced Personal Assistant with a positive, can-do attitude. You will be a loyal, conscientious and upbeat person who enjoys working with like-minded people. Prior PA experience is essential for this position and demonstrable, strong IT skills. Desirable criteria - SME/health care experience.
