Honeycomb are delighted to be working with a leading public sector agency to recruit an Administrative Officer. This role will be based in Belfast City Centre.

The Company

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading public sector employment relations agency based in Belfast. The organisation is dedicated to supporting employers and employees by promoting positive workplace relationships and providing impartial dispute resolution, mediation, and employment relations advice.

The Role

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality administrative support
  • Maintain accurate manual and electronic records
  • Prepare reports using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Respond professionally to telephone, email and face-to-face enquiries from internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the coordination and administration of operational activities, workshops and events
  • Compile and maintain statistical information and management reports.
  • Process financial transactions accurately
  • Input, update and extract information from a range of business systems and databases
  • Assist with procurement activities

The Person

  • At least two years' administrative experience within a public sector organisation.
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience preparing weekly or monthly reports.

Package & Benefits:

This temporary, full-time position is based in Belfast City Centre and offers an hourly rate of £13.74, along with hybrid working.
