Honeycomb is delighted to be working in partnership with a highly regarded client to recruit an Office Administrator for their busy Belfast office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a long-established business that is continuing to expand within a fast-moving and developing sector.

The Office Administrator is a key member of the team, providing essential support to in-house engineers, coordinating daily schedules, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and ensuring the smooth running of operational processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for in-house engineers, coordinating service appointments.

  • Managing a portfolio of customer accounts, delivering a high level of customer service while building and maintaining positive client relationships.

  • Supporting the preparation, checking, and processing of job-related invoices, along with general administrative duties linked to billing.

  • Assisting with compliance administration, maintaining accurate customer records, and uploading or scanning documentation where required.

  • Handling customer enquiries by telephone and email, providing a professional and responsive service.

  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure effective communication and the efficient delivery of day-to-day operations.

  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy while managing a varied workload in a busy office environment.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in administration and thrive working in a fast-paced environment. You will have excellent organisational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and be proficient in using a range of IT systems.

The salary for this position is £27,000-£29,000, depending on experience. The role is Monday to Friday and includes the benefit of on-site parking.
