Honeycomb is delighted to be partnering with our client, a well-established and highly regarded organisation based in Lisburn, to recruit an Administrator to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity to secure a key role within a successful and expanding business, working within a busy and customer-focused operation.

The Administrator will be responsible for overseeing customer orders and working closely with the factory and internal teams to ensure orders are delivered as efficiently as possible. Acting as a key point of contact between customers and production, the role will focus on maintaining strong communication and resolving any potential issues. Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing open orders, identifying potential delays and proactively following up with Production and Manufacturing.
  • Checking stock levels and working with internal teams to prioritise urgent requirements and improve delivery times.
  • Keeping customers informed with clear and accurate updates regarding order status, availability and expected delivery dates.
  • Working closely with Purchasing, Dispatch and various other internal departments to resolve issues and support customer requirements.
  • Updating and maintaining accurate order information through the company's internal systems.
  • Finding practical solutions to delivery challenges, managing expectations and escalating issues where necessary.

The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload. You will be proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable working within a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and the ability to build effective relationships with both customers and colleagues. Good IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel, are also required.
