Honeycomb is delighted to be partnering with a leading UK wealth management firm to recruit for a Client Administrator to join their growing Financial Planning team in Belfast.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected organisation known for delivering expert financial advice and investment management to a diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals. The Role

Working closely with Financial Planners and Investment Managers, you will play a key role in delivering a first-class client experience while supporting the full lifecycle of financial planning cases.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing end-to-end administrative support to Financial Planners
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Preparing client meeting packs, valuations, and supporting documentation
  • Managing client records and updating back-office systems
  • Liaising with internal operational teams on transfers, corporate actions, and account updates
  • Supporting the smooth delivery of client outcomes across all stages of the process

The Person

This role would suit someone with experience in wealth management or financial services who enjoys working in a client-focused, detail-driven environment.
You will have:

  • Previous experience within wealth management or financial planning support
  • Exposure to supporting Financial Advisors across the full client journey
  • Knowledge of financial products such as ISAs, pensions, GIAs, and bonds
  • Experience dealing with high-net-worth clients (desirable)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to use initiative and problem-solve effectively
