Honeycomb is pleased to be partnering with a leading organisation to recruit a Customer Service Administrator for their Cookstown office on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established and growing business within a dynamic industry, gaining valuable experience while working as part of a supportive and collaborative team.

The Customer Service Administrator will provide essential support to customers and internal teams, helping to ensure the smooth delivery of day-to-day operations and an exceptional level of service. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as a primary point of contact for customers, processing orders, managing amendments, and responding to enquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Maintaining accurate customer information and documentation across internal systems, ensuring records remain up to date and well organised.
  • Working closely with internal departments, including sales and dispatch, to coordinate customer requirements and support the efficient running of operations.
  • Assisting customers with queries relating to products, services, and orders while consistently delivering a high standard of customer care.
  • Providing administrative support through accurate data input, document management, and general office administration tasks.
  • Managing a varied workload in a busy environment, demonstrating excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication throughout.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer service, administrative, or coordination position and be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and good IT knowledge are all essential for success in this role.

The successful applicant will receive a salary of £26,000-£28,000, depending on experience, Monday to Friday working hours, and the benefit of on-site parking.
