Honeycomb is pleased to be partnering with a well-established and expanding organisation to recruit a Service Co-Ordinator for their team based in Bangor. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful business where you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day running of a busy Service Department while working within a collaborative and fast-moving environment.

The Service Co-Ordinator will be responsible for coordinating service operations, supporting both customers and engineers, and ensuring work is planned and completed efficiently in line with company procedures. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating engineers' schedules, planning workloads, and ensuring service jobs are organised and completed efficiently.
  • Managing the procurement of labour, materials, and parts, while working closely with the warehouse to ensure the correct items are allocated to each job.
  • Preparing and maintaining quotations, invoices, reports, schedules, and other service documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
  • Acting as a central point of contact for customers, handling service enquiries professionally, logging calls, and providing day-to-day administrative support to the wider team.
  • Supporting compliance and operational processes across the Service Department.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a service coordination, administration, or customer support role and will be comfortable managing multiple priorities within a busy environment. Strong organisational and communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a high level of IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office, are essential.

The package on offer includes a salary of £30,000-£33,000, depending on experience, Monday to Friday working hours, and the opportunity to join a supportive organisation that values collaboration and professional development.
