Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, an established construction company in Northern Ireland, to recruit a Document Controller on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a range of exciting projects across Europe.

In this role, you will oversee and maintain all site and project-related documentation, ensuring it remains accurate, up to date, and efficiently distributed. You will work closely with engineers, contractors, consultants, and other key stakeholders to coordinate document control activities and ensure full compliance with company procedures and industry regulations.

Duties of the role include:

  • Managing all project documentation, both physical and digital, ensuring timely retrieval, accuracy, and secure storage.

  • Monitoring document workflows, obtaining necessary approvals and signatures, and ensuring documentation is readily accessible to relevant stakeholders.

  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including contract managers, site teams, subcontractors, and consultants.

  • Assisting with the preparation of documentation for inspections, audits, and project handovers.

  • Supporting continuous improvements across document management and data analysis processes.

The Person

The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a similar document control role. You will be highly organised, with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. Strong IT skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively. Previous experience using document management software would be highly advantageous.

The Benefits

This role offers an attractive salary of £40,000-£45,000, depending on experience, with working hours Monday to Friday and an early finish every Friday. Further details regarding the full package and benefits can be provided upon application.
