Financial Services Administrator
Honeycomb is delighted to be partnering with a highly respected Financial Planning practice to recruit a Financial Services Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team.

The Role
Working alongside experienced Advisers and Administrators, you will provide day-to-day administrative support while learning about pensions, investments and financial planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering telephone calls and responding to client enquiries.
- Managing incoming and outgoing post.
- Scheduling appointments and confirming client meetings.
- Preparing documents and client correspondence.
- Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records.
- Assisting with the processing of new business applications.
- Liaising with providers and obtaining information when required.
- Supporting the wider team with general administration duties.
- Ensuring client information is maintained accurately and confidentially.
Essential Criteria
- Previous administration or customer service experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office.
- Professional and friendly approach when dealing with clients.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
