Honeycomb is delighted to be working with a long-standing client in the recruitment of a Helpdesk Administrator to join their team in Warrenpoint. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a growing organisation operating in a fast-paced and engaging industry.
The Helpdesk Administrator will play a key role within the business, serving as a central point of contact for customers while coordinating maintenance schedules for internal engineers. Key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers, responding to queries and providing a consistently high level of customer service.
- Coordinating and scheduling work for in-house engineers and external contractors.
- Managing and updating all documentation relating to completed and ongoing works through the internal system.
- Supporting effective communication between departments to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
- Maintaining excellent attention to detail while working effectively within a busy and varied environment.
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in a customer-facing or administrative position where strong communication skills were important. You will be highly organised, capable of managing competing priorities, and confident working in a fast-paced environment.
This position offers a salary of £24,000-£25,000, with working hours Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. Further information regarding the benefits package can be discussed directly with Honeycomb.
