Full training will be provided, making this an ideal role for someone looking to gain experience in the legal industry, although previous legal experience would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
* Preparing, formatting, and reviewing legal documents and correspondence
* Organising and maintaining client files, ensuring records are accurate and up to date
* Audio typing and transcription as required
* Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
* Providing day-to-day administrative support to solicitors and the wider team
* Assisting with case preparation and file management
* Liaising professionally with clients and third parties
* Managing workloads effectively and prioritising tasks within a busy office
* Maintaining a high standard of professionalism and client service at all times
About You
* Previous experience within an administrative, secretarial, or office support role is desirable
* Previous legal experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
* A professional, reliable, and proactive approach
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
