A well-established law firm in Bangor is seeking a Legal Secretary to join its busy matrimonial team.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to a Partner within a fast-paced matrimonial department. The role would suit someone with previous matrimonial or litigation experience who is comfortable working in a client-focused legal environment and managing a varied workload.

Salary & Benefits
* Competitive salary DOE
* 23 days annual leave plus statutory holidays

Key Responsibilities
* Preparing, formatting, and reviewing legal documents and correspondence
* Managing and maintaining client files, ensuring accuracy and organisation
* Audio typing and document production as required
* Providing administrative support to solicitors within the team
* Assisting with case preparation and file management
* Liaising professionally with clients and other legal professionals
* Managing deadlines and prioritising workloads effectively
About You
* Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar legal support role
* Experience within matrimonial law or litigation is highly desirable
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines
* Professional, reliable, and proactive approach
