Key Responsibilities

* Managing a portfolio of residential properties on behalf of landlords
* Acting as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors
* Coordinating maintenance issues and ensuring works are completed efficiently
* Carrying out property inspections and preparing reports
* Managing tenancy renewals, compliance, and associated documentation
* Handling queries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
* Ensuring all properties remain compliant with current legislation and regulations
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent service delivery
* Supporting the wider team with general property management duties as required

About You

* Previous experience within property management or the wider property sector is essential
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy and varied workload
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
* Professional, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
* Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively
* Full driving licence preferred
