Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a leading manufacturing company, based in Belfast.

This is an excellent opportunity for an immediately available administrator to provide essential support to a market leading business.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing scheduling for internal operations and maintain thorough communication across teams
• Liaise with numerous departments to ensure seamless processing
• Update database and ensuring high levels of accuracy are maintained
• Report generation and trend identification across data bases
• Prepare and present data and provide in dept explanations and visuals for all information recorded
• Invoice generation, tracing and maintenance of communication with customers

The Ideal Candidate

• An experienced administrator and detail orientated individual
• Available for an immediate start
• IT literate and can work confidently on Microsoft Office
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experienced in quality control or a similar role
• Detail orientated with a keen attention to detail

What Is on Offer?

• 8 week temporary role
• Flexibility in hours
• Full time working hours
• Hourly rate of £13-£14 per hour
• Immediate start role
