Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a market-leading business based in Antrim, recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator on an ongoing temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an immediately available individual with customer service experience and the ability to communicate confidently.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers providing an excellent level of support with any enquiries
• Provide assistance and expert guidance to customers and explain company processes with confidence
• Communicate effectively and resolve queries in a personable and professional manner

The Ideal Candidate

• An excellent and confident communicator with a string background in customer service
• Ability to manage outbound calls proficiently and ensure an excellent customer experience
• Contact centre experience is desirable but not essential
• Maintain positive customer relations to support retention
• Available for an immediate start

What Is on Offer?

• Ongoing temporary assignment with an immediate start
• Full time working hours
• Hybrid working model
• Hourly rate of £13.88
