We are recruiting on behalf of a successful and growing specialist financial services business based in Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and motivated customer service / administrator to join a professional team and gain valuable experience within a regulated finance environment.

The Role

  • You will provide administrative support across operations, sales and senior management, while acting as a professional point of contact for clients, insurance brokers and accountants.
  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing emails, calls and general administration efficiently and professionally.
  • Supporting operations, sales and senior management teams.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring tasks are completed within deadlines.
  • Supporting business projects and ad hoc activities.
  • Working in line with GDPR, AML, data protection and other regulatory requirements.
  • Participating in training to develop knowledge of operational processes.

About You

  • Strong Microsoft Office and IT skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong organisation, time management and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive, team-focused approach and willingness to learn.
  • 5 GCSEs including English and Maths (Grade C or above).
  • Previous experience in a financial services environment and familiarity with reporting processes would be advantageous.
