Honeycomb is partnering with a Financial Services company to recruit for a Senior FS Admin / Paraplanner for a practice based in North Down. The role is full time and permanent.
The Client
Our client has an office based in North Down and is part of a wider UK group.
The Role
This role is responsible for providing efficient and effective administrative and/paraplanning support to a team
of advisers and paraplanners. The role is focused on client service and client retention, ensuring that promises to clients are delivered. With traditional mailing and telephone calls, the role holder will ensure that clients are offered their regular financial reviews, collate review packs, and maintain the client records system to enable swift and accurate management information is available to Senior Managers.
Principle Objectives and Responsibilities include the following:
- Providing research, analysis & technical support
- Preparing recommendation reports
- Maintaining client records
- Analyse clients' circumstances, objectives & risk profile
- Identify missing client information pertinent to formulating recommendations
- Liaise with financial advisers to query/challenge proposed recommendations where necessary
- Provide research on all relevant advice areas, products, and investment solutions
- Prepare information / comparisons, ready for analysis by the adviser
- Cashflow modelling analysis
- Produce client suitability reports confirming new recommendations in accordance with the Company's internal standards and compliance procedures
- Obtain accurate illustrations, key features, and other relevant paperwork for advisers' presentation meetings with clients
- Assist in the completion of remedial actions following quality checking
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and plan records on back-office system, and ensure review invites issued and documentation prepared
- Ensure all relevant documentation and correspondence is uploaded to the correct client records on the back-office system and named in accordance with Company procedures
- Create, manage, and complete tasks on the back-office system in accordance with Company procedures
Qualifications
- Essential - 5 GCSEs or equivalent (including Maths and English)
- Desirable: Diploma Level Qualified, or attainment of or studying towards CII, Chartered Status, RO exams or qualifications equivalent.
