Honeycomb is pleased to be partnering with our client, an industry leading company, to recruit a Service Co-ordinator for their team based in Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of an established business that continues to grow within a dynamic industry.
The Service Co-ordinator plays an important role within the business. You will work closely with senior management to ensure the smooth day-to-day coordination of service operations, managing job flow and supporting site teams. Key responsibilities include:
- Working closely with senior management to manage the daily job flow, coordinating site teams and ensuring works are allocated efficiently.
- Acting as the main contact for in-house engineers, scheduling callouts and ensuring any required equipment is booked on to the job order.
- Updating and maintaining client portals, ensuring all documentation is uploaded accurately and project information remains up to date.
- Updating and maintaining the internal CRM system, ensuring information is accurate and issuing any required paperwork/reports to clients.
- Providing support with general office administration, including email correspondence, call allocation and digitalising documents.
- Demonstrating strong attention to detail and the ability to perform effectively in a busy and varied role.
The ideal candidate will preferably have previous experience in a similar service coordination or administration role and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will take pride in your work and have the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong IT capabilities are essential, particularly with CRM systems and Microsoft Office, along with excellent communication skills.
The package for this position offers a competitive salary between £29,000 and £32,000, depending on experience. The role operates Monday to Friday and provides on-site parking.
