Service Delivery Officer - Insurance Services

Honeycomb is delighted to be partnering with an established insurance services organisation to recruit a Service Delivery Officer for its Belfast-based team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a professional and collaborative business. The successful candidate will support the end-to-end management of insurance risks, ensuring each case progresses accurately and efficiently from initial setup through to the issuing of the insurance certificate.

The role would particularly suit someone with strong administrative experience who enjoys working in a process-driven environment where accuracy, customer service and attention to detail are essential.

The Role

As Service Delivery Officer, you will work closely with surveyors, colleagues and internal stakeholders to manage insurance risks throughout the full service delivery process.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately inputting new insurance risks onto the CRM system
  • Managing assigned risks from initial setup through to completion
  • Liaising with surveyors to ensure cases progress efficiently
  • Preparing and issuing insurance certificates
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Ensuring work meets internal quality and compliance standards
  • Building positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Contributing to team discussions and service-improvement initiatives
  • Identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes
  • Adapting to new technologies and ways of working

The Person

To be considered for this position, you should have:

  • Previous administrative experience, ideally within insurance, financial services or another regulated environment
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Experience using CRM or case-management systems
  • Proficiency across Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and complete work accurately
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A practical and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
  • A positive attitude towards change, learning and process improvement
