Administration Assistant

Honeycomb is delighted to be working alongside our client, a reputable professional body, to recruit for an Administrative Assistant to join their team in Ballymena, on a part-time, temporary basis.

The role of Administrative Assistant will involve diary management, assisting with financial administration, dealing with queries both by email and telephone and liaising with partnering bodies. The right Administrative Assistant will enjoy a varied role and possess strong organisational skills that will enable them to be successful.

The successful Administrative Assistant will have demonstrable experience working in an administrative role. They will thrive within a fast-paced environment and possess a high level of organisational skills. This is the ideal role for someone who enjoys a varied role, that offers an opportunity to grow on their skill set.
