Honeycomb is delighted to be recruiting for an Administration Manager for a fantastic private health care organisation based in South Belfast. The client has experienced consistent growth in recent years and is looking for a new Manager to drive business forward even further. Customer service and customer retention is key to success therefore a positive/conscientious attitude is essential for this role.

The role of Administration Manager incorporates all aspects of office day to day clinic management and beyond! This is an unique opportunity for a health care professional to maximise their skills and knowledge to improve the overall running of the clinic. This role is responsible for compliance, ensuring that the patient journey is as smooth/efficient as possible whilst displaying strong commercial acumen.

The right person for this role will have previous experience of managing a clinic/private health care environment, ideally. Experience gained from public sector can also be considered for this role however private experience is desirable. You will have knowledge of quality frameworks and have demonstrable experience of running clinics.
