What would a typical day look like for you?

If you'd like to step into a supportive workplace and develop on your administration skills, this role is ideal for you! In this role, you will report into the Office Manager, some main responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with the project staff, creating, and maintaining project/participant data into the database
  • Uploading documentation to the online management system
  • Retrieving data, updating digital documents and spreadsheets
  • Supporting on monitoring completion of project admin according to deadlines
  • Set up and managing individual participant records
  • Working within the team to prepare for funder visits
  • Providing administration support within the office, covering reception, greeting visitors, acting as the point of contact for phone calls/queries
  • Supporting senior staff with tasks as needed
  • Compliance of the Springboard accounting systems
  • Participating in staff development and training, maintaining up to date skills and knowledge

Person Specification

  • Minimum 1 years' experience working in administration
  • Maths & English GCSE
  • Ability to work in a target driven environment
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workload
  • Strong IT literacy, good knowledge of MO suits, including Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to maintain confidentiality working within GDPR
  • Strong team player
