What would a typical day look like for you?

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop on your administrative skills, working in an office in the heart of their community. Some main responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the Managers, Deputies and Residential Gorup Leaders
  • Processing Incident Reports, ensuring compliance is met
  • Maintaining accurate and secure records of service user's information
  • Recording and collating monthly staff attendance reports
  • Assisting in filling, maintaining up to date and accurate information under GDPR
  • Attending meetings, taking notes and preparing reports when required
  • Assisting with the maintenance and coordination of supervision records for the social care workforce
  • Supporting the Social Care Managers with day-to-day correspondence with staff, regulatory bodies and relevant stakeholders
  • Receiving incoming calls, handling queries, forwarding messages
  • Supporting with ad hoc administrative duties across the team when necessary
  • Providing reception cover, meeting, and greeting visitors when required

Person Specification

  • Must be a proactive worker, willing to learn and engage with training and development
  • IT literate, strong use of MO packages, ability to learn new systems
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Ability to work within a team, acting as a key team player
  • Maintaining confidentiality at all times
  • Strong organisation skills
  • 5 GCSE's including Maths and English
