Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a highly successful built environment business, to recruit for an Administrator on a permanent basis. This is a premium, highly successful organisation which partners with many leading businesses across NI. The organisation has a stunning office on the outskirts of Bangor and is seeking someone professional, personable, and organised to join the team.

This role will be the first point of contact for clients and be responsible for providing a friendly and efficient service for all. The role of Administrator will include receiving and redirecting calls to the correct person, typing up emails and documents as well as sorting any correspondence that comes into the office. You will ensure that all documents are filed and maintained to a high standard. The successful candidate will also manage the diary for the Director and communicate information in a professional manner.

The successful candidate for this role will be a professional Administrator with a strong desire to succeed. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and ideally will have experience gained within a client-focused environment.

The package for this role is a salary of £20,000 - £22,000. Working hours are Monday - Thursday 9-5:15pm and Friday is 9-4:30pm. This is an amazing opportunity to join a growing business and further develop your skills.
