Administrator

Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a leading family-run plant hire business sporting many years of success within the sector to hire an Administrator on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving company.

The role of the Administrator will involve supporting the customers and service team, advising them throughout the process and how the task is progressing. The administrator will also liaise with the sales team to advise on plant availability and ensure all documentation and reports are completed.

The successful candidate should have excellent customer service skills as the customers are at the heart of the business. The right candidate should also have excellent IT and communication skills as you will be managing people's expectations with servicing and repairs.

This is a full-time permanent position with a competitive salary of £24,000 This role is based in their Cookstown office, Monday - Friday with no weekend work.
