Honeycomb is delighted to be assisting our client, a reputable professional services firm based in the heart of Belfast city centre, with the recruitment of a full-time, permanent administrator.
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised administrator to join our client's team, providing administrative support to various departments, engaging with a variety of stakeholders, and playing a crucial role in the smooth operation of the team.
- Salary: £20,000 - £24,000, depending on skills and experience
- 20 days holiday plus statutory days
- Pension contribution
- Sociable working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

A Typical Day:
- Providing administrative support to various departments within the firm, including document preparation, data entry, and record-keeping
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, such as emails, letters, and faxes
- Managing appointments and calendars for senior staff members
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Maintaining electronic and physical filing systems
- Conducting research and gathering information as required
- Communicating with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner
- Managing your own work flow, prioritising tasks on a daily basis
- Any other duties as required by the business
- At least 5 GCSE's, including English and Maths
- At least one years experience working in an administration role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Experience working as part of a team, with the ability to collaborate effectively and build strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High level of attention to detail
- A proactive and self-motivated individual, with the ability to problem-solve and work independently
- A positive and professional attitude, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Experience in a professional services firm is desirable but not essential
