As an Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role that aligns closely with the group's administrative functions. Responsibilities include overseeing data entry, providing top-notch customer service, managing documents, and ensuring compliance. This dynamic position involves collaboration across various departments, guaranteeing each day brings new and interesting challenges. While full training is provided, candidates with a background in care administration are particularly well-suited. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to event planning, and office management, and provide valuable support to senior management.
The ideal candidate for this role is a skilled Administrator with a strong emphasis on empathy, service, and professionalism. You'll demonstrate proficiency in IT and possess excellent organisational abilities honed through at least 2 years of administration experience.
Working hours from 9am to 5.30pm, additionally, you may be asked to work a Saturday shift from 9am to 1pm once every six weeks. But you'll be rewarded with a half-day off the following Friday! These Saturday shifts will commence once you complete training and feel confident handling phone duties. It's a win-win for your professional growth and personal time management.
