Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a Real Estate Agent, to recruit a full-time administrator on a 12-month fixed-term contract, based in Belfast - Lisburn Road.
The Client is a leading Real Estate Agents business with over 30 years of expertise in the property market across Northern Ireland and longstanding success in the private resale, land and new homes market, renowned for it's professionalism and customer care.
The Administrator will be responsible for data entry onto a bespoke internal property management system, compilation of lease paperwork, renewal of tenancy agreements, responding to email and telephone inquiries regarding lettings and booking of property viewings, and raising and processing invoicing and payments.
The right person for the role will have a proven track record of working as an administrator within a fast-paced professional services environment. They will have experience in data entry and excellent IT skills. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and IT skills and should be available for an immediate start.
This Role is office based within the company's modern Belfast - Lisburn Road office and offers a salary of £20,000-£21,000 alongside generous benefits.
