Honeycomb is pleased to be working with our client, a market leading project management consultancy business, to recruit for an Administrator on a permanent basis. This is an excellent role which sits at the heart of the businesses ongoing projects and offers a varied, stimulating workload.
The role of Administrator requires someone with a highly analytic skill set who has a solid grasp of numbers and finance. This role involves pulling reports for senior management, tracking project spend and supporting with AdHoc admin tasks as and when required. You will support the Commercial Manager by working on your own initiative and ensuring all contracts/compliance paperwork is up to date. This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys working at pace and being at the centre of their working environment.
The right person for this role will be someone coming from a strong admin support background, ideally from within construction. You will have a demonstrable finance admin skill set and be comfortable working on Excel with large data sets.
