Administrator (Hybrid 3 days WFH)

Honeycomb is delighted to be working alongside our client, an exceptional leader in utilities to recruit an Administrator to join their team in Belfast. Working in a thriving industry the business is looking for someone to join their ever-growing organisation on a permanent basis.

The role of an Administrator will responsible for the onboarding of new customers for both domestic and commercial purposes. They will be communicating with the new customers to update their records and collect data by email and telephone. They will liaise with different departments throughout the business to help solve queries as efficiently as possible for continued ease of the customers.

The right candidate for this role must be an excellent communicator as well as having an eye for detail to pass on information correctly. They should be efficient with their workload and be adaptable to work in this fast-paced environment. The candidate should also have strong IT skills and a desire to build rapport with customers. This is an ideal role for someone coming from a customer service background that wants the opportunity to progress through a company.

This role offers a salary of £20k alongside excellent company benefits as well as a bonus scheme. The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and offers hybrid working with 2 days in the office and 3 days at home.
