Administrator (Immediate start)

Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client to recruit a temporary Administrator. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a global law firm with an excellent reputation. Full-time hours, hybrid working, based in Belfast, excellent hourly rate, temporary.

The Administrator will work alongside the HR department to provide administrative support. They will assist in updating data and sending internal communications to staff. The Administrator will take notes in meetings and be available for ad-hoc admin tasks.

The right person for this role will be immediately available with administration experience. They will be confident in using Microsoft Excel and have excellent attention to detail. The right person will enjoy working in a team environment and be able to work independently. A professional services background is desirable.

The role offers an hourly rate ranging from £11-12 depending on experience. They will be required to work Monday-Friday 9:00 am- 5:30 pm. The role offers hybrid working and the office is based in Belfast city centre.
