Honeycomb is pleased to working with our client, a prestigious private clinic, to recruit for a professional Administration Coordinator to join the team. This is a great role which is varied and perfect for someone who loves working with people, in a fabulous environment.

The client is a highly reputable business and a market leader in their field. The business has invested significantly in their premises with no expense spared to make the patient experience as enjoyable as possible. Unlike other clinical environments, patient/customer experience is paramount and the business invests heavily in its practice and staff.

The role of Administration Coordinator is responsible for greeting customers at first point of contact. This isn't your average Reception role! You will act as a host and adviser, completing administrative tasks and ensuring the clinic runs smoothly. You wont be expected to answer calls at first point of contact or manage a switchboard, allowing you to fully focus on customer care. You will be responsible for managing facilities at front of house and communicating with every department of the business. You will also play a part in events and hospitality - meaning no 2 days are truly the same within this position!

The right person for this role with have demonstrable, previous administration experience and a strong working proficiency in all Microsoft Office packages. The successful candidate will be outgoing, enthusiastic and professional with a can-do attitude. Health care experience is advantageous.

The package for this role is a competitive starting salary of £22,500 per annum. Due to the nature of this role, the position is based on site in Belfast city centre.
