The Client
This large organisation provides a regional wide range of services associated with utilities.
The Role
A truly excellent opportunity for someone wishing to join an award-winning procurement team. Based in North Belfast.

Competitive package offered with flex working pattern 8-4 / 8.30-4.30 / 9-5pm

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Administration within the tender process
- Maintain and update contracts via internal systems
- Manage quotation and tender process as delegated
- Produce and support with business reporting
- Support the department with research
- Support other colleagues as and when required
- Provide admin support for department updates and meetings
- Providing procurement support for major incidents
The Person
An ideal candidate will be highly organised; analytical and able to prioritise workload with great people and communication
Essential Criteria:
- A minimum of 5 GCSE's Grade C or above or equivalent, to include English and Math's.
- 3 A Levels Grade C or above
- 1 years Office experience
OR
- HNC/HND or Degree
- 6 months office experience
- Proficient in the use of MS Office applications / Excel proficiency must include the ability to analyse and manipulate data for presentation
Desirable
- At least 1 yrs experience in a procurement role
