Honeycomb are pleased to work with the Belfast Trust to recruit a Band 3 Administrator - Full Time (Temporary) based in Lisburn.

Location: Lagan Valley Hospital, Lisburn
Pay Rate: £12.75 per hour with weekly pay
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Contract: Temporary | Full Time

Are you an organised and motivated administrator looking for your next opportunity? We are currently recruiting for a Band 3 Administrator to join a busy team based at Lagan Valley Hospital, Lisburn.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience within a fast-paced healthcare environment, where you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Booking and managing patient appointments
  • Processing referrals accurately and efficiently
  • Answering and directing telephone enquiries
  • Electronic filing and maintaining confidential records.
  • Providing reception cover as required.
  • Completing general administrative tasks and supporting the wider team with additional duties as needed

Essential Criteria

  • A minimum of 1 year's administrative experience
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage a busy workload and work effectively as part of a team.
  • A professional and friendly approach to customer service
