Honeycomb is delighted to be partnering with an Independent Financial Advisory practice to recruit for a Financial Services Administrator to work alongside the Financial Advisors. The role is full time, permanent,office based with free onsite parking.
The Client
An Independent Financial Advisory practice based in the Titanic quarter. Established over 20 years ago, the company provide financial advice on Pension and Investment products. The company are highly invested in their staff and support with ongoing training and development.
The Role
Our client is seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Financial Services Administrator to join the team. This role is central to supporting the financial planners and ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration of client services and business operations.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering an excellent client experience, maintaining accurate records, processing new business, and supporting advisers throughout the advice process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Financial Planners
- Process new business applications, policy amendments, and fund switches
- Prepare client review packs and meeting documentation
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure CRM systems are kept up to date
- Liaise with providers, platforms, and product providers regarding client queries and case progress
- Monitor business pipelines and chase outstanding documentation
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and client correspondence professionally
- Assist with compliance and regulatory documentation
- Support the onboarding of new clients, including anti-money laundering and ID verification checks
- Ensure all work is completed in line with FCA regulatory requirements and internal procedures
Criteria
- Previous administration experience within financial services, wealth management, or financial planning
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Professional, client-focused approach
