Honeycomb are delighted to be working with the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust to recruit a Band 4 PA/ Secretary. This role is temporary and offers an immediate start. The position will be based in Belfast.
The Company
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust on a Full-Time Temporary basis. The Band 4 PA/ Secretary will support senior management with administrative and secretarial support.
The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality administrative and secretarial support across a range of functions.
- Effectively manage complex calendars, schedules, and high-volume inboxes.
- Prepare, format, and distribute professional reports, presentations, correspondence, and other documentation.
- Maintain accurate electronic records, databases, and information management systems.
- Support efficient service delivery through strong organisational, coordination, and communication skills.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, acting as a key point of contact when required.
- Take accurate meeting minutes
The Person
Essential Criteria:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- 5 GCSE's grades A-C including Maths and English
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience preparing reports and managing confidential information.
- Minute- taking experience

This role offers an hourly rate of £14.06. It is a Band 4 position which is temporary and offers an immediate start. The role is based in The Arches, Belfast.
