Honeycomb has partnered exclusively with a professional services firm in the recruitment of a part time (24 hrs), remote, Business Administrator at £25,000 pr - must be able to travel to Belfast when required and have access to own car.

This is a Northern Ireland based consultancy firm, offering a fresh approach to helping local, national and international companies achieve certification.

How will your days look?

This is a fundamental role within this organisation, directly assisting the team in providing essential business admin support. This role involves assisting with internal business improvement projects, contributing to the company's marketing strategy, and managing project administration.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Assist the Managing Director with internal business improvement projects
  • Supporting the consulting staff with administrative duties
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the company's marketing strategy
  • Provide administrative support to consulting staff, both remotely and on client sites
  • Complete and update project documentation
  • Perform internal audits (training will be provided)

What do you need to apply?

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar administration role
  • Experience with an ISO compliance management systems or within a compliance function of an organisation (desirable)
  • Solid understanding of general business functions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong mathematical skills - min GCSE C or above
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Powerpoint
  • Exceptional organisational skills, keen eye for detail
  • Full clean driving licence and access to own car (essential for travel requirements)
