Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a global technology organisation, to recruit for a Business Operations Manager on a permanent basis. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a market-leading business with big plans for growth. The business is situated in Belfast city centre and presents opportunity for hybrid working. The business's objective is to support large clients in Northern Ireland by providing back-office services to ensure the client operation runs smoothly. Due to the scale and scope of our client, there are multiple opportunities for further progression and professional development.

The role of Business Operations Manager involves leading a team of administration professionals to fulfill the objectives of the client. You will be responsible for running reports, monitoring KPIs and ensuring the team are properly trained to manage tasks independently. As Business Operations Manager, you will identify areas for process improvement and opportunities for development. You will follow SLAs and work within a regulated environment. This is the perfect role for someone who is a natural leader and who thrives within a management role.

The right person for this role will be a strong people-manager with demonstrable previous experience. Previous experience gained within a medical environment would be advantageous for this role. The successful candidate will have strong IT skills and demonstrate capacity for working in a fast-paced role.

The package for this role is a competitive salary of £27,000 - £30,000 PA with wider benefits to discussed upon first interview.
