The Company:

What would a typical day look like for you?

  • Assist with event planning, set-up and management
  • Event planning administrative tasks such as adding event details to NI Chamber's website and CRM Systems, booking members onto events, liaising with suppliers
  • Generate email communications for NI Chamber's core Business Services function
  • Maintaining positive relationships with members and suppliers
  • Research current event trends, new ideas, entertainment, and venues
  • Liaising with NI Chamber's key stakeholders and partners in an effective manner
  • Contribute to the creation of exciting creative event concepts and gain on-site experience at various events

Person Specification:

It is expected that this role will evolve and transform, and this is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being flexible and adaptable.

  • 3rd Level Qualification or equivalent, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Event Management
  • 1 years' experience working in a similar environment or role with a solid of understanding of events
  • Strong skills across the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail whilst working at pace
  • Enjoy working to deadlines and targets

Please note - the Chamber's events are usually within business hours. There are times when an early start will be required for breakfast events/early evening events, you must be able to be flexible with start and finish times.
