Business Support Administrator

Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a market leading engineering company, to recruit for a Business Support Administrator to become a valued addition of their growing team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy environment within an interesting industry.

As Business Support Administrator, you will be responsible for being the first point of contact for inbound calls and emails, dealing with customer queries and directing calls. This role presents the opportunity to be involved in sales order processing, document preparation, sales team support and other general administrative duties. The role will support major projects and work with some of the most well-known businesses in Northern Ireland.

The right person for this role will have confidence navigating Microsoft Excel and have previous experience working in a similar position. Strong communication skills are essential, and previous experience working in a fast-paced environment would be preferable.
