Business Support Executive (Immediate start)

Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a professional services firm, to recruit a temporary Business Support Executive. This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving business on a temporary basis with the opportunity to stay permanently.

The Business Support Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to the Managing Director and varying projects. They will act as the first point of contact for clients and customers and be responsible for setting the tone of the business. The Business Support Executive will create high-specification documents, send marketing information, liaise with creative departments, and assist with tenders and proposals. They will assist with diary management, arranging and coordinating meetings, and providing corporate hospitality.

The right person for this role will have experience in a fast-paced professional services environment. They will have excellent attention to detail and a strong administrative background. The right person will be creative, proactive, and able to work on their own initiative. They will be highly organised and be able to manage multiple priorities and achieve deadlines.

The role offers a salary of £25,000. The business is based in Belfast city centre and the hours of work are Monday-Friday 8:45am-5:15pm. The client offers excellent benefits that can be discussed upon application.
