Cash Services Officer

Honeycomb are delighted to be working in partnership with Danske Bank to recruit for a Cash Service Officer within their Cash services team!
Danske Bank are currently looking for temporary, full time candidates to join their business.
These roles will be working a 35 hour week Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm or 8am - 4p. Excellent opportunities to convert to permanent contracts!!
This role is office based in Belfast City Centre in the Donegal Square West Branch with an onsite canteen.

The Role
As a Cash Services Officer, you will play a key role in processing and administrative activities. Duties include

• Performing processing and administrative tasks efficiently and accurately
• Liaising with customers via written and telephone communication to solve queries and provide solutions
• Managing of Excel spreadsheets, handling account reconciliations, and entry.
• Carry out any administrative duties as required, such as filing, maintenance of records, mail etc.

The Person:

• Experience of working in a customer focused environment with a passion for customer excellence
• Experience of working with IT systems, demonstrating understanding of Microsoft packages
• Strong service delivery ethic with a focus on quality, competency and accuracy
• Good planning and organising skills with ability to work to multiple tight deadlines
• Be comfortable in dealing with customer queries
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
