Honeycomb is delighted to be working with a Claims Management company who are part of a large insurance brokerage group, in the recruitment of a Claims Handler. This is an exciting role for candidates with experience in insurance, to join a busy and supportive team environment.
The client is an award winning Claims Management company who provide support and assistance to a number of insurance providers througout the UK. Not only will you be joining a busy and sucessful team but you will be apart of a large network of Insurance providers meaning more career progression opportunities!
Role & Responsibilities
Part of the Claims Management team you will be the first point of contact for Customers who have been in an accident. You will record the details of the claim, using empathy throughout, as well as using open questions to determine who may be at fault. In addition you will be responsible for engaging with additional stakeholders such as hire car companies and solicitors to support throughout the process.
- Experience of working within a customer focused environment along with excellent customer service skills
- Previous claims experience gained within the motor insurance industry
- Demonstratable experience of working within a fast-paced work/office environment
- Minimum 5 GCSE's including Maths and English
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
