What would a typical day look like for you?
You will be responsible for managing the full claims process, engaging with all key stakeholders throughout, providing information on policy covers and collection of required documentation.
Collaborating with insurers, negotiation will be key to ensuring the most effective outcome for the client.
You will be updating the internal systems, keying claims accurately and ensuring full compliance at all times.
Your skills
- A minimum of 2 years experience in Insurance Claims is required to be considered for this role
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work on own initiative whilst also able to seek appropriate guidance when necessary
- Collaborate with key stake holders both internally and externally
