Honeycomb are delighted to be working with the Southern Health and Social Care Trust to recruit a part-time temporary clerical officer. This role will be based in Dungannon and offers an immediate start.
The Company
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Southern Health and Social Care Trust on a temporary basis. This position will be based in the Dungannon Health Clinic and support the School Nursing Core and Immunisation Team.
The Role
Key responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the School Nursing and Immunisation Teams.
- Prepare and distribute information packs and correspondence to schools across the Armagh/Dungannon area.
- Deliver and collect documentation from schools.
- Liaise with GP surgeries and parents to update vaccination records.
- Produce letters, reports and other documentation using Microsoft Office.
- Manage filing, photocopying and general office administration.
- Answer telephone enquiries, maintain diaries and arrange appointments and meetings.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail.
- Order office supplies and maintain stock levels.
- Input and retrieve information from the Child Health computer system.
- Provide clerical cover across Trust locations when required.
The Person
Essential Criteria:
- 4 GCSE's (A-C), including English and Maths (or Equivalent)
OR
- 1 years admin clerical experience
AND
- UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Package & Benefits:
This is a temporary position based in Dungannon. The hourly rate is £12.75 per hour, and the temporary contract is for 4 months initially.
