Based in Belfast city centre, the business has a beautiful, modern office with lots of amenities close by. The organisation has multiple locations oversees business lending/asset finance solutions. The role of Client Executive Administrator is a varied position which is responsible for ensuring that customers and external parties are dealt with in a timely manner in terms of collections. You will liaise with customers in a professional and empathetic way and build long-term relationships. You will be tasked with driving business efficiency's and be confident in suggesting areas for improvement. You will oversee customer onboarding and provide exceptional support.

The right person for this role will be a professional Administrator with an interest in finance and specifically collections. The successful candidate will have demonstrable Excel skills and be familiar with FCA guidelines.
