The Client On-Boarding Administrator role holds strategic importance within the organisation, focusing on close collaboration with the finance team and wider IT team. Responsibilities include client onboarding, order processing, invoicing, data entry, and maintaining the CRM system with continual updates. This position involves direct liaison with both the supply chain and production teams, offering diversity and variation in the role.

The ideal candidate for this role is a technical administration professional with proficiency in using CRM/ERP/MRP systems. Strong Excel skills (demonstrated on your CV) are essential, along with comfort and proficiency in working with data. We seek a proactive individual with impeccable communication skills and effective coordination abilities.

Compensation for this role includes a salary of £24,000 - £28,000 and an appealing benefits package, which can be discussed in initial conversations with Honeycomb. This position is hybrid based with a site in Belfast and offers a flexible Monday-Friday working week.
