Client Services – 6 month Fixed Term Contract

Honeycomb is partnering with a professional services firm to secure a strong client services individual for a six month fixed term contract, commencing Monday 8th April.

Your Role:

· Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with a one hour lunch break

· Belfast City Centre based

· Role commencing Monday 8th April

· Interviews taking place w/c 19th March and w/c 25th March

· Salary £23k-£26k based on experience

· Six month fixed term contract

What would a typical day look like for yo

This role involves administration support and client support to the organisations staff and members of the public. Working with a team, you will be supporting on providing resolutions to members of the public and staff members for any queries. This will involve phone calls, coordinating follow up action points, and ensuring all information is documented on the system. This role is dealing with highly sensitive information.

Person Specification:

Due to the nature of this role, you will be dealing with sensitive information and it will require you to work with empathy, professionalism and a genuine desire to assist others.

You will have strong communication skills, a drive to succeed, and the utmost professionalism.
