Providing services to NI and beyond, the client is in the excellent position of adding to the service delivery team.

the role of Client Support Administrator is a highly interesting, varied role which sits within the service delivery arm of the business. You will be responsible for order processing, providing exceptional service and working closely with the wider team to ensure the business is being run as efficiently as possible. This role sits within a truly excellent team. You will work with long standing team members who are passionate about your career and your long-term prospects. You will have the chance to liaise with some of the UK/ROIs best businesses.

The right person for this role will be a client-focused individual with a flair for business improvement and client satisfaction. This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys working with technology but with a strong people element to a role. The successful candidate will have strong, demonstrable IT skills and ideally come with experience gained within a service delivery environment.

The package for this role is a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum. There is an opportunity for hybrid working and the business operates within Mon-Fri normal working hours. This is an exceptional opportunity to further develop your skills and progress.
