  • Organising events and activities for service users, delivering these efficiently in line with budget and time restrictions
  • Developing and maintain relationships with stakeholders, showing strong communication and networking skills
  • Identifying risks that could hinder the success of a project, ensuring timely reports and financial claim submissions to the project funders are made
  • Reporting regularly to the Operations Manager
  • Ensuring processes are in place and working efficiently, undertaking evaluations to ensure impact from delivery
  • Distribute information internally and externally in line with data protection legislation and policy requirements
  • Promote sustainable funding by communicating positive impacts of projects being held
  • Sharing progress and evaluation reports with key funders
  • Playing an active role in developing the overall work of the organisation, representing at meetings, contributing to the learning of others by sharing good practice and achievements
Person Specification
  • Minimum 1 years' experience in assisting with community development programmes
  • Ability to demonstrate problem solving skills
  • Ability to show initiative in prioritising workload while under deadlines
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Experience completing tasks within tight timeframes, maintain strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in using IT systems, knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office packages
  • Hold a full driving licence
